These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HeadSense iOS application (“App”) provided by HeadSense (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1Use of the App
HeadSense is a personal wellness tracking tool designed to help you log headache episodes and identify patterns. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
2Medical Disclaimer
HeadSense is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- AI-generated reports and insights are for informational purposes only
- The App is a trend analysis tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by HeadSense
- In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately
3Subscriptions
Free Trial
New users receive a 4-week free trial of Premium features. The trial begins when you complete onboarding. After the trial expires, Premium features require an active subscription.
Premium Subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store
- Available plans: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($29.99/year)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Free Features
Core tracking features (headache logging, dashboard, calendar, widgets) remain free and are not affected by subscription status.
4Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into HeadSense. We do not claim any rights to your health data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and processed.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws
6Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by HeadSense and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The HeadSense name and logo are our trademarks.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
8Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
